What We Shipped 🚀

A Refreshed Experience Across Wholistic

We refreshed the overall Wholistic experience by updating the side navigation and dashboard, making it easier to navigate the platform and access key information. The Project Details view now includes a progress bar for tracking week-on-week project progress.

We also enhanced the Client Details view to provide clearer visibility into client activity and engagement. Together, these updates make it easier to navigate the platform and stay on top of project and client information.

Delivery Visibility Upgrades

We introduced milestone tracking to help teams structure delivery without needing complex project management systems. Teams can now organise work around key milestones and update progress as they go, which computes the project health, giving teams a clearer view of delivery status without the manual effort. For teams already managing milestones elsewhere, manual updates remain available.

AI-Generated Reports

Reporting just got easier. You can now generate project reports with AI instead of building them manually. Select a reporting period, and Wholistic creates a structured report draft using project context, delivery updates, and linked resources.

Want reports that are closer to reality? Simply connect more relevant project resources. The AI uses the information available within your workspace to generate richer insights, and updates that reflect the work being done. Reports can then be edited and personalised to match your team’s preferred style and format.

This means AI agents will not only help teams think through work, summarise updates, or generate content outside the platform, but will also be able to take approved actions directly within Wholistic. Think creating project updates, preparing reports, updating delivery status, and interacting with delivery information using the right context and permissions.

The goal is to make delivery visibility more accessible and contextual, enabling teams to interact with project information through AI-assisted workflows.

AI Review Assistant for Reports

Writing reports is one thing. Knowing they meet the right standards is another.

We are building an AI-powered review layer that helps teams qualify reports before they are shared. Workspaces will be able to define reporting expectations, and reports will automatically be reviewed against those standards before dispatch. This reduces manual review, removes reporting bottlenecks, and improves confidence in the quality of reports.

What We Shipped 🚀

Subscription is now live

Over the past year, Wholistic has been available at no cost. This gave us the room to learn from how teams actually work and refine the product into what it is today.

We are now moving into the next phase. The subscription module is officially live as we continue building towards a more structured and intelligent delivery system.

Wholistic AI - Jarvis

We have been quietly building Jarvis as your AI DeliveryOps assistant, giving you a new way to interact with your projects beyond the traditional interface.

You can access it from the side navigation under “Introducing Jarvis”. If you haven’t enabled it yet, turn it on in your workspace settings, then access it from the side menu to engage directly with your project context, ask questions, and take action without switching between tools.

This is still evolving, and we will be spotlighting more capabilities soon.

Wholistic Wrap

The Wrap feature gave you a clear view of your work and delivery over time.

As we phase this out, we look ahead to what’s coming in 2026. If you haven’t seen your Wrap yet, it’s still available on your dashboard.

Moving beyond manual reporting, you will soon be able to generate reports directly from your project data. The goal is to reduce the effort required while still giving you clear, structured insight into what is happening across your projects.

Delivery Visibility Upgrades

We are also working on improvements to how you track and stay ahead of delivery. This includes a clearer visual view of your project milestones and proactive reminders as projects become unhealthy or approach key deadlines.
